Black peacock freshwater pearls are hand-knotted with iolite button beads, quartz teardrops, crystal bicones, sterling silver round beads, and silver rondelles studded with CZs. It is accented with a Moretti glass Saturn bead embedded with 24kt white gold foil. The big beautiful hearts are black and dichroic glass set with lavender CZs that reflect the iolite beads. The earrings are Moretti glass Miró beads embedded with 24kt white gold, crystal bicones, and silver round beads and findings.
Miró beads were created as an homage to artist Jean Miró by the Morettis, the oldest and most prestigious of the glass making families on the island of Murano in Italy.
